Weather Situation
A high pressure ridge will extend over Victoria on Monday while a weak cold
front crosses Tasmania. The high pressure system will move across Victoria on
Tuesday to eventually reach the Tasman Sea later on Wednesday ahead of a trough
of low pressure later in the west on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday
Partly cloudy. Isolated showers in the south and east, clearing this afternoon.
Winds west to southwesterly averaging 20 to 30 km/h, reaching 40 km/h on the
coast, decreasing below 25 km/h later in the evening. Temperatures reaching the
lower 20s during the day.
