Queenscliff Primary School overlooks Swan Bay and has a current enrolment of 103 students.
In 2019, we are operating in six small grades (two prep classes, two year 1/2 classes, one year 3/4 class and one year 5/6 class) with dynamic generalist, specialist and educational support staff.
We have one full-time principal, six full-time generalist teachers, one 0.5 food technology teacher, three part-time classroom education support staff, one full-time administration manager, one part-time business manager and three part-time specialist teachers.
We are also the base school for the Mobile Area Resource Centre (MARC) Van, providing a teaching staff member and literature resources and programs to several small schools within the Geelong region.
We provide students with rigorous and engaging literacy, numeracy and inquiry curriculum as well as our comprehensive specialist program including weekly visual art, performing art, science, physical education, Japanese lessons and fortnightly food technology lessons.
Digital technologies and values education are taught by the classroom teachers within the curriculum.
Queenscliff Primary School is an outstanding place to learn; a family of learners where endless opportunities are present. After school care is provided onsite at Queenscliff Primary School for all schools within the Borough of Queenscliffe through our partnership with Lonsdale House Child Care.
