We all have good days and bad days. Then there are those days when something isn't quite right, you've got something on your mind, or things just seem too much. Whatever it may be, sharing the load with someone else can really help. So no matter who you are, or how you're feeling, you can talk it through with us over the phone, online chat and email.

Lifeline

Lifeline provides all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to online, phone and face-to-face crisis support and suicide prevention services. For 24hr telephone crisis support - phone: 1300 651 251. The Lifeline Geelong Barwon Region office provides face to face appointments Monday to Friday, phone: 03 5222 2255.

Maternal and Child Health Nurse

The Maternal and Child Health service is a specialised nursing service that focuses on the health and wellbeing of mothers and their babies/young children. The service is provided free for families with children from birth to school-age. The service is delivered by City of Greater Geelong's Family Services, with appointments held at Queenscliff Kindergarten.

MensLine Australia is the national telephone and online support, information and referral service for men with family and relationship concerns.

Nurse on Call

NURSE-ON-CALL is a phone service that provides immediate, expert health advice from a registered nurse, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Suicide Helpline Victoria

The Suicide Call Back Service is a 24-hour, nationwide service that provides telephone counselling to people 18 years and over who fit one of the following: people who are suicidal; people caring for someone who is suicidal; and people bereaved by suicide.
