Council endorses Economic Development Strategy

At its Ordinary Meeting on 14 December 2017, Council unanimously endorsed the Economic Development Strategy for the Borough of Queenscliffe.

“The Economic Development Strategy is designed to foster a more diverse, vibrant and sustainable year-round economy for businesses and the wider community in Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale,” said Borough of Queenscliffe Mayor, Councillor Susan Salter.

“Council is very excited about the potential for local economic growth outlined in the Economic Development Strategy,” said Cr Salter.

“The Strategy is built around our existing strengths to provide a solid foundation for development of local industries and business capacity.”
