Receive your rates notice by email and save time
Council has upgraded to a new and improved eNotices system to provide Borough of Queenscliffe ratepayers with a more convenient way to receive rates notices.
The new eNotices system delivers easy sign up, login and account management processes for ratepayers, with the ability to change your email address and contact phone number, add and delete the rates notices that you would like to receive by email, and specify additional email addresses to receive notices at any time.
Using the new eNotices system, rates notices are delivered by email at the beginning of September, November, February and May each year, saving time and paper and ultimately reducing costs for all ratepayers.
Existing eNotices users will need to enter a new password to ensure that account security is maintained. To do this, visit queenscliffe.enotices.com.au/login, enter your email address, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts.
