Receiving your Rates Notice
Electronic delivery of your rates notice
eNotices – receive your rates notice by email and save time
Council has upgraded to a new and improved eNotices system to provide Borough of Queenscliffe ratepayers with a more convenient way to receive rates notices.
The new eNotices system delivers easy sign up, login and account management processes for ratepayers, with the ability to change your email address and contact phone number, and add and delete the rates notices that you would like to receive by email. The new system allows you to specify up to six email addresses for receipt of rates notices, and enables you to view rates notices for properties under your ownership for up to seven years.
Using the new eNotices system, rates notices are delivered by email at the beginning of September, November, February and May each year, saving time and paper and ultimately reducing costs for all ratepayers.
If you have any questions, please call Council on 03 5258 1377.
