| Aged Care and Disability Services are available for residents who meet the criteria as set out under the Home and Community Care program assessment process.
The assessment process involves a home visit from Council's Assessment Officer. The assessment officer will ask a range of questions to determine eligibility, the type and level of service required in consultation with the resident.
Information about the other services relevant to the residents needs may also be offered at this time.
