Annual Community Satisfaction Survey  Printer Friendly

The annual Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey is conducted independently by Wallis Consulting Group and is coordinated by the State Government’s Department of Planning and Community Development.

The majority of Victoria’s Councils participate in the survey, which offers a valuable benchmarking tool for measuring Council performance. The ability to identify and monitor trends in community satisfaction is essential to encourage continuous development in local government.
