Gasworks Skate Park

Our local skate park caters for all abilities, from beginners through to more adventurous and advanced skateboarders, BMX riders and roller bladers. Activities such as skate competitions and night skate sessions are held throughout the year.

Park rules

• Helmets, wrist guards, knee pads, elbow pads and strong shoes must be worn by skate park users
• Respect the skate park and other skaters
• Wait your turn; be aware of other skaters
• Leave the transition area when finished
• Parents, please ensure that children under 10 years of age are supervised at all times whilst using the skate park
• Spectators, please stand clear of the skate facility
• This is a drug and alcohol-free park; no skating if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• People who damage the park will be prosecuted.
