The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) establishes a legally enforceable right for the community to access information from certain records held by Council.
Documents under sections 7 and 8 of the FOI Act are available to the public. If you'd like access to these documents, you can lodge a request with our Freedom of Information Officer. An application fee of $30.10 applies if you're requesting documents under section 17 of the FOI Act. GST is not payable on any application fees or access charges under the FOI Act.
