Need to get in contact with Council? Whether online, via email, over the phone or in person, we're here to help. Our customer service hours are 9:00am to 4:30pm weekdays, excluding public holidays.

Council's Customer Service Charter sets out in plain language the services provided by Council, the standard of those services, how service levels will be measured and what customers can do if the stated service levels are not met. Council collects personal information to fulfill its statutory obligations, and to ensure that it can provide services to you. In some instances, Council cannot provide some of its services unless you provide us with necessary information. Council will only use personal information for the purposes for which it was collected.
