Planning and subdivision fees

There are a whole range of fees for various planning and subdivision matters. To make things easy, we've compiled them all into one handy document.

Accurate as of 1 July 2022, here is the latest Summary of Planning and Subdivision Fees(PDF, 690KB).

Public notification guide

In accordance with Section 52 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987, applicants may be required by Council to give public notification of – essentially, advertise – planning permit applications on Council's behalf. Depending on the type of development and its surrounding area, this advertisement may take several different forms.

We've prepared a Public Notification Guide(PDF, 306KB) that explains what the process involves and how to approach each step.
