New website 'clicks' with Borough residents

Residents, ratepayers and visitors are enjoying a more streamlined online experience after the Borough of Queenscliffe launched a new Council website this week.

The new site brings a wealth of features to enhance the experience for all users, with a focus on accessibility and being fully responsive on mobile phones. The site also responds to how customers use it, with prominent top tasks selected based on which pages are the most popular.

Queenscliffe Mayor Cr Ross Ebbels said the website would make Council services more accessible to the community. “Council’s new website will help more residents accomplish tasks and get the information they need online,” said Cr Ebbels. “And as someone who loves the Borough, the way the new site shows off some of our beautiful local landscapes makes it a real joy to use.”
