Services and facilities

  • The Queenscliffe Visitor Information Centre at 18 Hesse Street, Queenscliff is currently closed. If you have an enquiry, you can email the Visitor Information Centre team at and they will respond as soon as practicable. Council's customer service centre at 50 Learmonth Street, Queenscliff remains open from 9:00am–4:30pm weekdays. 

  • From 6:00pm on Friday 29 October 2021, the border between regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne is lifted. Non-resident ratepayers may return to their homes without the need for a permit, and Queenscliffe Tourist Parks will be accepting visitors from around the state. To enquire about booking a reservation at one of our tourist parks, visit the QTP website.
