Services and facilities

  • The Queenscliffe Visitor Information Centre at 18 Hesse Street, Queenscliff is currently closed. If you have an enquiry, you can email the Visitor Information Centre team at info.centre@queenscliffe.vic.gov.au and they will respond as soon as practicable. Council's customer service centre at 50 Learmonth Street, Queenscliff remains open from 9:00am–4:30pm weekdays. 

  • From 6:00pm on Friday 29 October 2021, the border between regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne is lifted. Non-resident ratepayers may return to their homes without the need for a permit, and Queenscliffe Tourist Parks will be accepting visitors from around the state. To enquire about booking a reservation at one of our tourist parks, visit the QTP website.
