This group is suitable for experienced and beginning meditators and will be generally based on mindfulness meditation. Practicing meditation will help you become more focused and calm and will even help you become clearer in the head. Someone once said that meditation helps you get out of your head and into your life. Other effects of meditation include a greater ability to concentrate and to experience joy in day to day life. Another benefit of meditation is that you will learn to deal with negative thoughts such as anxiety and depression, states that affect us all at times and which can be severe.
