Bookings

Thank you for your interest in booking a site or cabin accommodation at Queenscliffe Tourist Parks. Bookings can only be made by calling the Tourist Park office direct on (03) 5258 1765. If your call is unanswered, please leave a message and a team member will return your call as soon as possible.

Please note that the Park office experiences high demand of calls in peak periods from our current and future guests and it may take some time for the call to be returned. In the meantime, below are a few things to note before you make your booking.

Bookings

Payment of bookings
All bookings require payment equal to the first night tariff and all bookings require payment in full prior to arrival.

  • For December/January bookings, the balance is payable by 1 November.
  • For Easter bookings, the balance is payable by 1 March.
  • For long weekend bookings (including AFL Grand Final Friday, Melbourne Cup, Labour Day, Anzac Day, King's Birthday and special events), a deposit of one night's tariff is payable at time of booking and the balance is payable two weeks before arrival.

 

Booking conditions
By making a booking, you accept the following conditions:

  • Check in: From 12:00pm for campsites, and from 2:00pm for cabins. If arriving after 5:00pm, please contact reception.
  • Check out: 10:00am on day of departure. Late check outs can be arranged – a fee may apply.
  • Bookings are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

 

 

 

Refunds

Cancellations and refund policy
Queenscliffe Tourist Parks understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a reservation. In the event that a reservation needs to be cancelled, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a first night's tariff cancelation fee.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days in advance of the arrival date will receive a 50% refund, minus a first night's tariff cancelation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the arrival date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Requesting a refund
If you require a refund, please email the request to tourist.parks@queenscliffe.vic.gov.au. Please note that refunds will take a minimum of two weeks and can only be made via direct debit into an Australian bank account. Refunds will not be made onto credit cards.

COVID-19

Please be advised when making a booking:

  • To encourage a contactless check-in system, payments must be made in full prior to arrival
  • Due to COVID-19, we reserve the right to change or cancel reservation and bookings, should restrictions or public health directions be issued
  • Our communal facilities are all open and subject to strict density and physical distancing rules, with increased cleaning measures in place
  • Pin codes will be issued upon arrival to those amenities blocks closest to your site, while campers with ensuite vans will be encouraged to use their own facilities
