Please note that the Park office experiences high demand of calls in peak periods from our current and future guests and it may take some time for the call to be returned. In the meantime, below are a few things to note before you make your booking.
Payment of bookingsAll bookings require payment equal to the first night tariff and all bookings require payment in full prior to arrival.

Cancellations and refund policyQueenscliffe Tourist Parks understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a reservation. In the event that a reservation needs to be cancelled, the following refund policy will apply:
Requesting a refundIf you require a refund, please email the request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that refunds will take a minimum of two weeks and can only be made via direct debit into an Australian bank account. Refunds will not be made onto credit cards.
