Our experienced instructor offers a variety of exercise options to suit each participant's unique body, strength level, and experience. This class is ideal for individuals with limited mobility, as it can be carried out while seated. The class is designed to aid those with stiff muscles, achy joints, difficulty bending, or recuperating from an injury or illness. You can comfortably perform all stretches while sitting in a chair without getting down on the floor.
